McDonald's is bringing back a fan-favorite sandwich for a limited time.
The company announced Tuesday the return of the Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder with Cheese, which first appeared on McDonald's menus in 2022.
The sandwich, available for a limited time beginning July 10, features a quarter-pound beef patty, two slices of American cheese, three half-strips of thick-cut Applewood Smoked bacon, three fresh Roma tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and a special, smoky BLT sauce, all on a toasted sesame seed bun.
According to McDonald's, the BLT sauce is seasoned with paprika, parsley, and black pepper, giving the sandwich a "sweet and tangy, savory and garlicy sauce that has a lingering smokiness."
The sandwich will be available as a Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder with Cheese and also as a Smoky BLT Double Quarter Pounder, according to the fast food chain.

McDonald's has also added a new, limited-time McFlurry flavor to its dessert menu for the summer.
The Kit Kat Banana Split McFlurry will be available at participating McDonald's restaurants nationwide while supplies last starting Wednesday, July 10, the company announced Monday.
According to the fast food chain, the dessert features vanilla soft serve blended with real banana and strawberry clusters and chocolatey, crunchy pieces of Kat Kat wafer bites.
The newest McFlurry creation comes months after McDonald's unveiled the Grandma McFlurry, a dessert inspired by grandmothers everywhere. The Grandma McFlurry combined "delicious syrup and chopped candy pieces" mixed into vanilla soft serve, according to the company.
McDonald's adds new Japanese-influenced sauce to menu
The fast food chain will also launch its Special Grade Garlic Sauce on July 9 inspired by supernatural anime "Jujutsu Kaisen."
The sauce will only be available for a limited time, and exclusively on the McDonald's App, according to the company. It takes inspiration from McDonald's Japan's Black Garlic Sauce, offering a unique mixture of garlic and soy sauce with slight tangy sweetness, the company said.
The Special Grade Garlic Sauce will feature eight unique lid designs based on characters from the anime.
"Jujutsu Kaisen" is an action anime based off the beloved Japanese manga series by Gege Akutami and Ballad Kitaguni.
